empowering girls

to transform the world

The iMatter Experience believes strongly in engaging parents, guardians, grandparents, aunties, cousins and neighbors to support the growth and development of girls. This page will house parenting tips, words of encouragement and resources for supporting girls.

We welcome your questions and feedback as we support you in raising emerging world leaders.

Grown-up Gatherings

Each year iMatterKC provides space for parents to gather with one another to share, learn and grow, following our annual event. This year, we focused our attention on emotional intelligence for girls and parents.

Charity Goodwin has served as our 2021-2022 Parent Facilitator. She is a certified coach, pastor, author and facilitator.

Coach Charity has been coaching us in the area of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), providing monthly group sessions and on-on-one coaching sessions for grown-up participants.

We invite you to join her next EQ session on May 13, 2022 at 11a CST.  Previous session attendance not required.
